5. Turnover into Tate-shiho-gatame from beneath

 

Player’s Choice: Demonstrate three favourite techniques

 

Demonstrate the Referee’s signals for:

Matte, Osae-komi, Toketa, Adjusting kit.

Translate:

Shido - Light penalty (minor infringement)

Hansoku-make - Disqualification

 

Contest Rules: Give two examples of actions against the contest rules for negative or safety reasons
